According to Gorakhpur police, the accused Go-smuggler reached the village in two vehicles. One vehicle got stuck in the village and the accused ran away from the other. He was followed by Deepak Gupta. The people of Jungle Dhusad village were angry, accusing him of killing Deepak. He burnt the DCM vehicle of Go-smugglers. A member of the alleged Go-smuggler gang was caught by the villagers. He was also beaten so much by angry people that he was made halfway. This accused was admitted to the hospital by the police.
