Modi emphasized that at present there is a strong will for reforms in the country, which is supported by democratic and political stability as well as policy forecasting.

Earlier this month, India implemented the next generation reforms in GST. Modi said that structural reforms in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will give a new flight to the development saga of the country. Addressing the people present after inaugurating the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2025, Modi said that his government has made a significant reduction in taxes, has curbed inflation and has increased the income and savings of the people.

He said that by taxing the income of up to Rs 12 lakh and implementing new GST reforms, citizens will save Rs 2.5 lakh crore alone.

He said, “Today the country is celebrating ‘GST Savings Festival’ with pride. I want to tell you that we are not going to stop here. In 2017, we brought GST … and then in 2025 again (improvement). We will strengthen the economy further. As the economy will increase, the tax burden will continue to decrease. The blessings of the citizens will continue to improve GST.”

The Prime Minister also accused the opposition parties of spreading lies to hide their governance failures and said that excessive taxation was burdened with common citizens during the Congress rule. “Poor, new middle class and middle class all have benefited from increased savings (due to IT profit and GST reforms). Despite this, some political parties are trying to confuse people. Lying to people for. “

Our government has reduced the burden of taxes largely and reduced inflation.” He also emphasized that India is moving towards its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047. “Despite global disruption and uncertainty, India’s growth remains attractive,” he said. He further stated that disruption does not wander India – rather they reveal new directions. He said that in the midst of these challenges, India is laying a strong foundation for the coming decades. He reiterated that the resolution and guide mantra of the nation is self -sufficient India.

Emphasizing on not having any more helplessness than dependence on others, Modi said that in the changing world, the more a country depends on others, the more its development is affected. “India will have to become self -reliant.
