Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 5 pm today. The officers provided this information. However, there has been no official statement on the subject of his address in the evening. On which issue PM Modi will give this address, half of the information about it has not been revealed. However, it is believed that PM Modi can give his address to the GST reforms being implemented from Monday.

PM Modi’s address is happening at a time when new GST rates are coming into force from Monday. At the same time, tension is increasing between India and America at this time due to tariff, H1 visa. In such a situation, this address of PM Modi can be special in many ways.

Significantly, after taking over as Prime Minister in the year 2014, PM Modi gave his address to the nation several times. If we look at the previous address of PM Modi, on November 8, 2016, he addressed the nation and announced demonetisation of 500 and 1000 rupee notes.

After this, on March 12, 2019, PM Modi gave an address to the nation, when he announced the Balakot air strikes carried out after the Pulwama terror attack. The Prime Minister, while addressing the nation on March 24, 2020, announced a three-week nationwide lockdown to prevent Kovid-19 epidemic. He again announced to increase the lockdown on 14 April 2020, addressing the nation. In May the same year, he spoke about the decision to relax the lockdown.

Earlier, PM Modi gave his address to the nation on 12 May 2025. During this, he informed people about India’s counter -attack, operation vermilion after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

No official information has been revealed about this evening’s subject of PM Modi’s address on this evening. However, reports are being speculated that in today’s address, PM Modi may talk on the reform of GST. Since new GST rates are going to be implemented from tomorrow i.e. 22 September. After the implementation of the new rates, many everyday items are going to be cheaper.
