Tesla CEO Elon Musk told the Twitter board on Friday that he was canceling its acquisition agreement. After this announcement by Musk, his deal to buy the microblogging site for $ 44 billion seems to be in trouble. At the same time, after this announcement of Musk, different reactions are being seen on Twitter. Meanwhile, Indian industrialist Anand Mahindra has taken a jibe at Elon Musk, terming him as a “beticket traveller”.
Reacting after the cancellation of the Twitter buy deal, Anand Mahindra wrote, “If Elon Musk was traveling on an Indian train, the ticket conductor would have labeled him a ‘beticket passenger’. But now TT can also be used in the headline of a news to grab the attention of the people like this one Twitter Tease….
Actually, the owner of Tesla had announced the purchase of Twitter and the deal was finalized for $ 44 billion. However, on Friday, Musk announced the cancellation of this deal on his behalf. They allege that the company could not provide enough information about the number of fake accounts of Twitter, due to which they canceled the deal.
If Elon was traveling on an Indian train, the conductor would label him a “TT” Ticketless Traveler. But TT could now also become a term for any headline grabbing bid that implodes: A Twitter Tease. https://t.co/Pn8ikF4NxF

Twitter, on the other hand, said it would sue the Tesla CEO to uphold the deal. Last month, Twitter’s board of directors recommended unanimously to approve a deal to buy Musk’s social media platform for $44 billion. However, the share price of the social media company has fallen significantly compared to the price at which Musk had offered to buy Twitter.
Had the deal been completed, the company’s investors would have received a substantial return of $15.22 per share. Tesla CEO Musk had offered to buy shares of the company at a price of $ 54.20 per share. At the same time, after the cancellation of the deal, various reactions are coming about it on social media as well.
