**Ingredients for making Ubtan**
two tablespoons gram flour
one tablespoon fresh cream
one tablespoon curd
a pinch of turmeric
Cold milk (as required)
**Method of making**
To make this *ubtan*, mix gram flour, fresh cream, curd, turmeric and cold milk and make a smooth paste. Gram flour helps in removing dirt and impurities. The lactic acid present in curd makes the skin glow, while the fresh cream hydrates it. Additionally, the antiseptic properties of turmeric help reduce acne and inflammation.
**Method of application**
First of all, wash your face thoroughly. Apply *ubtan* on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Let it dry, then wash off gently. Be careful not to rub too hard, as this may peel or damage the skin.
