New Delhi, 6 October (IANS). The Election Commission announced the dates of Bihar assembly elections on Monday. Voting will be held in two phases for a total of 243 assembly seats in Bihar. The first phase of voting is 6 November and the second phase of polling is on 11 November. Political rhetoric has also intensified after the election date.

Congress MP Manoj Kumar accused the Election Commission and BJP of connivance and claimed that elections were being held on BJP’s dates.

Talking to IANS, Manoj Kumar said that the BJP is happening, the same is happening in Bihar elections. The BJP had already said that Bihar will have elections in two stages. The Election Commission has also cleared it. I want to congratulate the people of Bihar and congratulate them. Both festivals and big festivals are coming and we celebrate them with great enthusiasm. Everyone must come out to vote.

He said that everyone has to leave the house and vote to remove 20 years of plight. Voting will have to be done for change in Bihar.

He said that the biggest issue is the migration of three to four crore people from Bihar. People of all classes are doing this migration. No one class can be placed in it. Due to increasing poverty in Bihar, people have been forced to leave their state. Along with this, there are many issues including health, education, trouble for fertilizer, paper leaks, Ganga cleaning, floods, which are being raised in Bihar elections. People are being made aware.

Taking a dig at the Bihar government, he said that funds are being given by the Central Government continuously for development in Bihar. Even after this, there is no improvement in the situation of Bihar. Even today the people of Bihar are upset. I want to ask the Bihar government where all the money went and why the public did not develop?

On the IANS-Matriz Survey for Bihar elections, Congress MP Manoj Kumar said, “Whatever you do, whatever survey you do. But I am saying today. The counting of votes will take place on November 14 and by that day it will be clear in the evening whether the NDA is 70 or below that day. India alliance is going to cross 150 this time.”
