New Delhi, May 31 (IANS). The birth anniversary of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, a unique symbol of women power, is being celebrated across the country. On this occasion, many leaders including Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath have paid homage to Lokmata Ahilyabai.

The work done by her for public service, justice and preservation of eternal heritage is inscribed in gold letters in Indian history. Her ideal life will continue to inspire dedication, compassion and service to the nation.”
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also paid tribute to Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar on her birth anniversary. CM Dhami wrote in the ‘X’ post, “The life of Ahilyabai Holkar, dedicated to the upliftment of religion and culture, is an inspiration for all of us.”
Delhi government minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa wrote, “Hundreds of thousands of tributes to the great warrior, public welfare ruler and unique symbol of women power, Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, on her birth anniversary. Ahilyabai ji’s contribution towards just governance, dedication to public service and preservation of India’s cultural and spiritual heritage is incomparable. With her visionary leadership, she set an example of good governance, public welfare and cultural renaissance, which is still prevalent today. Inspires the countrymen.”
