New Delhi, 12 September (IANS). After becoming the 15th Vice President of India, CP Radhakrishnan is receiving congratulatory messages from all over the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have also congratulated and congratulated CP Radhakrishnan.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “CP attended the swearing -in ceremony of Radhakrishnan. As a dedicated public servant, he devoted his life to strengthening nation building, social service and democratic values. I wish him a successful Vice Presidential tenure dedicated to the service of the public.”
In his post, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Congratulations to CP Radhakrishnan on taking oath as Vice President of India. Your knowledge and experience will further strengthen our democratic processes, so that people can be better served.”

Union Heavy Industry and Steel Minister HD Kumaraswamy also congratulated CP Radhakrishnan. In his post, he said, “Hearty congratulations to CP Radhakrishnan on taking oath as the 15th Vice President of India. His experience and commitment to public service will benefit the nation a lot. I wish success in his new constitutional role.”
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “Hearty congratulations to CP Radhakrishnan ji on taking oath in the 15th Vice President of India. Happy successful tenure to strengthen democratic values and strengthen parliamentary traditions.”
On this occasion, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde said that it is a day of happiness and pride for the NDA and the whole country. I had the privilege of attending the swearing -in ceremony of CP Radhakrishnan as Vice President, who was the Governor of Maharashtra. I congratulate him and thank him.
Eknath Shinde said, “When he came to Maharashtra, we told him that it is a good fortune for the state to become a Governor of Maharashtra. Now, he has occupied the post of Vice President while working as the Governor.”
