Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 75 on Wednesday. On this occasion, many dignitaries and politicians appreciated his leadership and the ruling BJP started the “Seva Pakhwada”, which was over a fortnight to commemorate the birthday of this prominent leader.
BJP -ruled governments at the Center and the states have planned many types of outreach, welfare, development and awareness programs from health camps to cleanliness campaign, intellectual conferences and fairs to promote indigenous products across the country by October 2.
Modi himself will be in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh to launch a nationwide campaign focused on the health and nutrition of women and children. He will launch several other development programs, including a program focused on the tribal population and will address a public meeting.
President Murmu, Vice President Radhakrishnan congratulated
Earlier, President Draupadi Murmu greeted Modi, born in a poor family in Vadnagar, Gujarat and praised him for setting great goals in the country and promoting the culture of achieving them.
Murmu congratulated the Prime Minister on his birthday and said, “Today the global community is also expressing its confidence in your guidance.”
He said, “Heartiest greetings and best wishes to the Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji. By presenting an example of the hard work of hard work through his extraordinary leadership, you have informed the culture of achieving great goals in the country.”
Thanking the President, Modi said that his government would be dedicated to the creation of a strong, competent and self -sufficient India with the help of more than 140 crore citizens. He described his attitude and ideas as inspiring.
Vice President CP Radhakrishnan said that India is making its mark on the global platform and is moving rapidly towards the goal of a nation developed under his visionary leadership.
Union ministers and senior BJP leaders wish
Chairman Om Birla said that his unique dedication and commitment to the country is an inspiration for every Indian. BJP leaders and members of other parties greeted Modi a happy birthday, who have given their party unprecedented geographical expansion and electoral success since 2014.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that Modi has given new energy to the country with his visionary leadership, dedication to the nation and tireless hard work and has shown a new direction. Singh said that he has increased India’s capacity and respect globally and his commitment to the welfare of people and poor is exemplary.
Home Minister Amit Shah said that Modi has been making tireless efforts for the welfare of people for more than five decades and he is a lively inspiration of the motto of ‘Rashtra I’ for every citizen.
In the post on X, Shah described him as a symbol of sacrifice and dedication and inspiration for crores of countrymen. The Home Minister said that from the RSS to the party and the government, Modi’s life journey reflects the possibility of widespread change, when the resolution is adamant like the Himalayas and the vision is vast like the sea.
He said, “The whole country is proud of Modi, who has brought unimaginable changes in the lives of crores of citizens and has linked him to the journey of building a developed and self -sufficient India.”
Shah said that for the last four decades, he has got the opportunity to see Modi in various roles – whether he is as an RSS pracharak, as the BJP’s organization general secretary, as the Chief Minister of Gujarat or as the Prime Minister of the country for the last 11 years.
He said, “Modi has always placed the nation first and himself in the final place. Activists like me are lucky that I have the opportunity to work with him in every role he played by him.”
BJP President JP Nadda said that Prime Minister Modi has taken several steps. He said that Prime Minister Modi has taken several transformational steps to build “self -reliant and developed India” with the goal of progress of every section of society.
He said that India’s spiritual and cultural heritage under his leadership has got a global reputation.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari described Modi as the world’s most popular leader and wished that India became self -sufficient under his leadership and ended terrorism and corruption and become the world guru.
Opposition leaders also congratulated Modi
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi also greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Kharge said in a post on X, “Heartiest greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday. God blesses him good health and longevity.”
In a post on X, Rahul Gandhi said, “I wish Prime Minister Narendra Modi a very happy birthday and good health.”
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal also greeted the occasion.
He wrote in a post on X, “Happy birthday to Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I wish your good health and longevity life.”
Congress leader Manikam Tagore also wrote in a post on X, “I wish Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the 75th birthday and wish good health.”
Apart from this, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that Prime Minister Modi always stood with Delhi and took care of the needs of the city in the last 11 years. He said that Delhi wants to thank the Prime Minister for the development of infrastructure on his birthday and other initiatives to make the life of the people of the city easier.
In his birthday wishes, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath described Prime Minister Modi as the guide of the hopes and aspirations of 1.4 billion Indians. He said that Modi’s “unique” determination, sensitive leadership and unwavering dedication to the nation and the spirit of public welfare have brought ‘New India’ to new heights of hope, confidence and self -reliance.
Leader of the Opposition and Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav also wished the Prime Minister “healthy, meaningful, harmonious, inclusive and positive”.
Both Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak also congratulated the Prime Minister through social media on his birthday.
Actress -turned -politician Hema Malini described Prime Minister Modi’s term as a transformational period, which established India as a global power. In a video message, the BJP MP said that Modi’s view of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” has empowered citizens across the country.
After Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi, Modi is the third longest serving of India in India and is second in terms of uninterrupted tenure.
If the BJP had emerged as the main challenge for the Congress under the double leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and LK Advani at the end of the 80s, it has surpassed the main opposition party in popular support and electoral dominance under Modi’s leadership, as Modi gave his party a majority in the Lok Sabha for the first time in 2014.
Although the BJP suffered defeat by less than half of the votes in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, it has re -achieved its magic under Modi’s leadership by winning an impressive victory in the assembly elections in Haryana and Maharashtra.
