Moradabad, June 15 (IANS). Before the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2027, internal differences are seen emerging in the Samajwadi Party, which can become a challenge for Akhilesh Yadav in future. The matter is from Moradabad district, where SP MP Ruchi Veera was not invited to the PDA conference organized by the party. She got angry on this and said that she would complain to the party president.
Ruchi Veera, while talking to IANS, said, “I had no knowledge of this PDA event, even though I was in the city on the same day. I had gone the whole day to meet and congratulate people who had returned from Haj. Apart from this, I also attended some condolence and marriage functions.”
He said, “It is very unfortunate that we have to fight among ourselves, when we should be taking on the Bharatiya Janata Party. I am an MP and if my own photo is not included in the banner, then the question arises as to how the general public will be treated.”
She also said that she will inform National President Akhilesh Yadav about this matter. Some local leaders are creating factionalism in the party and working to weaken the organization.
Ruchi Veera said, “If my photo was not put on the banner, it could have been put up even in my absence. I was present in the city the whole day, yet I was not informed about the program.”
He further said that this tradition is not right and it is affecting the unity of the party. He says that the aim of Samajwadi Party should be to make Akhilesh Yadav the Chief Minister and form the party government, but such factionalism is causing harm to the organization. He said that some people are deliberately doing politics of disharmony and division in the party, which should be stopped, so that both Moradabad and the party do not suffer loss.
