After the election of the legislature party leader, BJP leaders will go to Raj Bhavan to stake claim to form the government.

After this, the swearing-in ceremony will take place tomorrow – May 9. BJP has made preparations to make the swearing-in ceremony grand. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and many other leaders will be present in this ceremony. Meanwhile, the suspense regarding government formation in Tamil Nadu may also end today. Leaders of Joseph Vijay Chandrashekhar’s party, TVK, have held meetings with CPI and CPM. VCK can also support Vijay. However, VCK leader S.S. Balaji has said that his party has not yet taken any decision on supporting TVK. His party will consider supporting only when TVK assures that it will not succumb to pressure from BJP or RSS. S.S. Balaji further said that the Governor should invite TVK chief Vijay to form the government.
