Bihar Election Exit Poll 2025 Date: The politics of Bihar is currently at its most exciting juncture. There is only one question echoing here that who will win Bihar 2025? Voting for the first phase of Bihar elections is going on today. In the first phase, voting is taking place on 121 seats in 18 districts, for which political parties campaigned with full force.
There is a close contest between NDA and Grand Alliance. On one hand, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and BJP are trying to save their power, while on the other hand, the grand alliance led by Tejashwi Yadav is dreaming of returning to power. This time the contest may also be triangular, because Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party, Tej Pratap Yadav’s Janashakti Janata Dal and Owaisi’s AIMIM are also trying to strengthen their hold in the field.
Ban on exit polls
Today, with the beginning of voting, curiosity is increasing among people as to where the public is headed. But the Election Commission (ECI) has made it clear that no exit poll will be released before the completion of voting. According to the law, it is a legal offense to show exit polls or their results on any media platform from 7 am on November 6 to 6:30 pm on November 11. Violation of this rule can result in a jail term of up to 2 years, fine or both.
When will the exit poll survey come?
Voting for the second phase will end on November 11 and exit poll surveys will be released from 6:30 pm on the same day. Survey agencies like C-Voters, Chanakya and Axis My India will present their respective figures, through which the public will get an idea as to whose name is going to be the throne of Bihar. Counting of votes will take place on November 14, but even before that the atmosphere is going to get heated.
Election campaign also banned
The Election Commission has also made it clear that any kind of campaigning will be completely banned for 48 hours after the election campaign ends. If this is violated, strict action can be taken against the candidates.
