Chhattisgarh News: The School Education Department of Chhattisgarh Government has made a major administrative reshuffle across the state and has simultaneously issued transfer orders of 28 officers. The department says that this change has been made with the aim of increasing administrative efficiency and making educational systems more effective. Under the order issued, new responsibilities have been assigned to District Education Officers, Development Block Education Officers, Assistant Directors and Principals. This order has been implemented with immediate effect and will remain effective till further orders.
District education officers in charge changed in many districts
According to the transfer list released by the School Education Department, new postings of in-charge District Education Officers have been made in many districts including Mahasamund, Raipur, Bilaspur, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, Korea, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Raigarh, Gariaband, Dhamtari, Bemetara, Bijapur, Narayanpur and Balod. Along with this, new deployment of officers has also been made in the Directorate of Public Instruction, Joint Director offices and other administrative units.
These officers got new responsibilities
According to the order issued, Deputy Director in-charge, Directorate of Public Instruction B.L. Dewangan has been given the responsibility of in-charge District Education Officer Mahasamund. Raipur’s in-charge District Education Officer Himanshu Bharatiya has been posted as in-charge Deputy Director Public Instruction Directorate.
Apart from this, Assistant Director M.G. Satish Kumar has been made in-charge District Education Officer, Raipur. Changes have also been made in Bilaspur, where in place of Vijay Kumar Tande, Rameshwar Jaiswal has been given the responsibility of in-charge District Education Officer, Bilaspur.
New appointments in many districts
The Education Department has also appointed new in-charge District Education Officers in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, Korea, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Raigarh, Gariaband, Dhamtari, Bemetara, Bijapur and Narayanpur districts. Along with this, many block education officers and assistant directors have been promoted and given responsibilities at the district level.
Some officers have been transferred to directorates and divisional offices, so that better coordination can be established in the conduct of departmental work.
Education Minister explained the reason for transfers
School Education Minister Gajendra Yadav said that this administrative restructuring done in the department has been done to speed up the departmental work. He said that this decision has been taken with the aim of effective implementation of educational schemes and strengthening administrative coordination in the districts.
According to the Minister, after this change, changes will be seen on a large scale in the education administration of the state and the operation of departmental work in various districts will get new momentum. The Education Department believes that the new postings will further strengthen the administrative system and will also yield better results in the implementation of educational schemes.
