Pushkar Singh Dhami: To commemorate the completion of 12 successful years of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s tenure in the Purnagiri temple complex located in Khatima, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, while running a cleanliness campaign, cleaned the temple complex and planted saplings under the “One Tree in the Name of Mother” campaign.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister called upon the people of the state to take a pledge to maintain cleanliness in their house, locality and surrounding areas to build a clean and healthy Uttarakhand and to fulfill their responsibility towards nature by planting as many trees as possible for environmental protection. He said that cleanliness and environmental protection can take the form of a mass movement only with public participation.
