Uttarakhand News: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami has given financial approval of ₹ 17 crore for the construction of tube wells, laying of sewerage lines and providing financial assistance to the disaster affected people as well as for temple beautification and development of sports facilities under various development schemes.
The Chief Minister has given approval to approve a scheme of ₹ 3.01 crore for the supply of energy efficient pump sets in place of old pump sets which have completed 15 years of age and installed on various tube wells under Haldwani branch of Nainital district.
The Chief Minister has approved the approval of a scheme worth ₹ 3.11 crore for laying sewer line in Ramgarh (Vani Vihar) area under Raipur assembly constituency of Dehradun district.
The Chief Minister has given approval to sanction an amount of ₹ 10 crore from the State Contingency Fund for the acquisition of land affected by the slope stabilization works proposed by the Public Works Department in the areas affected by landslide of the year 2023 in Municipal Council Jyotirmath of Chamoli district. Apart from this, in view of the natural and divine disaster of the financial year 2025-26, approval of ₹ 3.36 lakh has been given from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund at the rate of ₹ 4,000 per family to provide accommodation in rented buildings at safe places to 14 affected families of village Majhada and Kaligad under Tehsil Sadar area of Dehradun district.
The Chief Minister has approved ₹ 90.16 lakh for the beautification work of Nanda Devi temple in village Milam under Pithoragarh assembly constituency of Pithoragarh district, along with financial assistance of ₹ 5 lakh for purchasing sports material to Uttaranchal Press Club under Raipur assembly constituency of Dehradun district.
