Khan Sir Hearing: The country’s well-known teacher and YouTuber Khan Sir has once again got a big legal relief in the firing case. Today, during the hearing held in Patna Civil Court on Saturday, June 20, 2026, the court gave a major decision to continue the stay on his arrest till further orders. Along with this, the court has also provided relief to 3 other staff members of Khan sir and banned any kind of harsh action against them.
Next hearing will be on June 25
During the hearing, the case diary related to the case was presented in the court by the police. After perusing the documents, the court ordered not to take any punitive action against Khan sir at present. The next hearing of the case has been scheduled for June 25, where detailed arguments on the issue are likely to take place.
However, both the guards of Khan sir arrested in this case will be kept in judicial custody for the time being. The court has not taken any immediate decision on his bail. Both the guards are accused of being involved in the firing incident, which is being investigated by the police.
Ban on arrest of Khan sir
After the hearing, Khan sir’s lawyer told the media that the case diary has been provided by the police and the court has accepted it for study. He said the final hearing of the case is expected on June 25. Till then the ban on arrest of Khan sir will continue. The lawyer also informed that three other staff members of Khan sir have also got relief from the court.
It is noteworthy that Khan sir had filed an anticipatory bail petition in Patna Civil Court in the firing case. In his petition, he had said that the allegations leveled against him are completely baseless and they have no direct or indirect connection with the alleged firing incident. Apart from this, bail petition was also filed on behalf of both his guards.
Roshan Anand had made serious allegations
Here, this matter gained more momentum when Roshan Anand made serious allegations against Khan sir. Recently, after coming out of jail, Roshan Anand had claimed that a conspiracy was hatched against him inside the jail and his murder was planned. He had also accused Khan Sir of playing a role in the Prince Yadav murder case.
Roshan Anand had tried to lodge a complaint regarding these allegations by reaching Kadamkuan police station. However, when the case was not registered, they staged a protest outside the police station till late night. After this incident, the matter continues to be in the headlines.
At present, Khan sir has got a big relief from the latest order of the court, but the next hearing on June 25 can prove to be important in deciding the direction of this entire case. The eyes of all parties are now fixed on the upcoming proceedings of the court.
