
Etah News: Yoga Orbit Foundation in Jalesar Tehsil of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh once again proved its talent by performing brilliantly in the 6th District Level Yogasana Competition organized in Etah. Foundation players maintained their dominance in the competition by winning 22 gold, 9 silver and 3 bronze medals in various events of senior, junior and sub-junior categories.
46 year old Asha Varshney won gold, became an inspiration
By winning the gold medal in the competition, 46-year-old Asha Varshney proved that age never comes in the way of talent and determination. In the senior category, the pairs of Sumit-Arjun and Anjali-Rajni performed brilliantly and won gold medals. In the singles event, Sumit and Sudha proved their superiority by winning gold medals. Anjali, Rajni, Muskaan and Tanisha also performed well and made it to the medal tally.
In the junior category, the pair of Nidhi and Kakul surprised everyone by winning two gold medals. The pair of Satish Baghel and Rohit also won the gold medal. Gulshan and Satish contributed significantly to the team’s success by winning gold in the singles event. Kulshum and Kashish also performed brilliantly and won medals.
In the sub-junior category, the trio of Umesh, Sagar and Divyanshu scored a hat-trick of gold medals. In the group event, Vivek, Kuldeep, Rupesh, Yashpal and Karan displayed collective coordination and skill and won the gold medal.
Players were felicitated at the honor ceremony
In the felicitation ceremony organized at Srinivas Aggarwal Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College on Tuesday, Class 9 student Sagar, who won a hat-trick of gold medals, was honored by the school management and teachers by giving him a wreath and a memento. On this occasion, yoga teacher Anil Kushwaha inspired the students about the importance of yoga and its usefulness in life.
