Ahmedabad, March 18 (IANS). Adani University on Wednesday signed a 5-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. The objective of this agreement is to promote cooperation in the field of academic and research between the two institutions.

Under this partnership, both the institutions will work together on joint research projects, write academic papers and run exchange programs for students and teachers.

The agreement also includes activities like internships, research funding and organizing seminars and conferences.

According to an official statement, under this agreement, joint research, co-publishing research papers, academic exchange and internship opportunities will be provided.

Under this initiative, both the institutes will also jointly start short-term courses, which will include executive education, summer school and digital learning modules.

Its aim is to provide students and teachers with better resources, shared knowledge and greater learning opportunities.

Additionally, the two institutions will jointly explore new research funding opportunities, organize seminars and conferences, and develop new educational programs.

This 5-year partnership will help in strengthening research capabilities and promoting innovation based education.

According to the statement, this will provide students and teachers with better resources, shared experiences and an opportunity to learn with different institutions.

For Adani University, this partnership is an important step towards strengthening its research ecosystem.

The statement said that this agreement will help in linking industry knowledge with academic research and promote innovation.

“This move also reflects a growing trend in higher education where institutions are working together to find solutions to complex problems and create better education models through shared knowledge,” the statement further said.
