He says that taking part in such viral trends and sharing personal information can be expensive in future. He wrote, “Do not be a victim of trending topics on the internet! If you share your personal information in the name of ‘Nano Banana’, criminals can blow money from your bank account in a single click. Never share your photos or personal information on fake websites or unauthorized apps.”
Give priority to safety
The official further said that people can share their happiness on social media, but security should always be the highest priority. According to him, it is like jumping into a new trend, stepping into a deep pit without looking. He clearly said, “Think twice before uploading your information and photos.” The gentleman also said that once your data is attached to a fake website, it is almost impossible to get it back, and its consequences can be very dangerous.
Why is the “nano making” trend is dangerous?
This trend is not limited to only private photos or data sharing. This also causes serious threats of data protection. Large tech companies can often use photographs and data uploaded by the user to train their AI models. For example, Google uses interaction on Gemini by default for training. Although users can close it if they want, this process is not easy. Similarly, Anthropic (Cloud Chatbot maker) has recently announced that if users do not opt-out, their data will be used for training.
