OnePlus has increased the price of its new smartphone, OnePlus Nord 6, in India. Shortly after the launch, the phone saw its price jump by straight up to ₹5,000. The new prices are now live on Amazon and OnePlus India website. After this change, OnePlus Nord 6 now comes in a more premium price bracket than before. The company has not given any official reason for the price increase; However, according to reports, the rising cost of memory and storage components could be one of the main reasons for this.

The price of the base variant of OnePlus Nord 6 – the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model – has now increased to ₹41,999. At the time of launch, the same model was launched for ₹38,999. At the same time, the price of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant has been increased to ₹46,999 from the original price of ₹41,999. This means that the price of both models has increased by ₹ 5,000 directly. The new prices have been updated on Amazon and OnePlus India website. Over the past few months, many smartphone companies have also been gradually increasing the prices of their devices, making it a rapidly emerging trend in the industry.
