Better connectivity will be provided
BSNL users often face network complaints, due to which they turn to private telecom companies such as Airtel, Jio or Vodafone-Idea. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has focused on improving its network in the last few months. In last year’s budget, BSNL was allocated more than Rs 80,000 crore for network reforms. After the launch of 4G and 5G services, the government telecom company will also provide better connectivity like private operators.
