According to a recent report, one in three dating app users have used platforms like Tinder, Bumble and Hinge to find a job. This change comes at a time when competition in the job market has increased and AI is creating uncertainty about the future of work. In a survey conducted in America, some people said that this unique method has worked for them, due to which they were able to connect with people who could help them in getting a job. 39 percent of those surveyed said they arranged interviews through dating apps, while 37 percent even received job offers.

42 percent of the people surveyed said that it has become difficult to find a job on other platforms. Online job portals are already flooded with job seekers, and recruiters are using AI tools for screening, causing many resumes to get lost in the system.
