“We certainly need to develop some guidelines on ways to apply AI devices in food analysis and use them more effectively,” he told IANS.
New Zealand Food Safety speaker and Deputy Director General Vincent Arbakal praised India’s food security in a big way.

Kofi Assuman of Austria’s World Packaging Organization (WPO) spoke on the need to adopt digital technology for better food security.
Esuman told IANS, “It is clear that in this era of digitization and artificial intelligence, machine learning, we need to change our way of food regulation by adopting many digital technology.”
He also emphasized the importance of the right packaging in ensuring food security and also emphasized the need to properly dispose of plastic to protect the foods from contaminating and properly to protect the environment from damage.
At the same time, Angashu Malik, managing director and CEO of AWL Agri Business, emphasized the importance of traditional method of Indian cooking and food at an event in Delhi. He also talked about increasing his production of edible oil.
