There are two new phones launching this week – the Realme P4R and the POVA 8 – both with 8,000mAh batteries and both 5G-enabled. At the same time, in the budget segment, Infinix Smart 20 4G smartphone is being launched at a price of less than ₹ 12,000. Here are the smartphones that will be launched in India between June 8 and June 14.
Infinix Smart 20

Infinix Smart 20 is going to be launched in India on June 8, whose design is similar to iPhone 17 Pro Max. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset, which is designed to deliver a smooth user experience for up to 48 months. In the Indian market, this phone will be launched with 4GB of physical RAM and will have ‘Memory Fusion’ technology, which will increase the total to 8GB by adding 4GB of virtual RAM. The device features a 6.78-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 700 nits. For photography, this budget-friendly smartphone has an 8-megapixel front camera. It comes with IP64 rating, which provides protection from water. Apart from this, the phone also has features like Ultra Link Technology and Folex AI.
Realme P4R 5G

Realme’s big battery smartphone is launching in India on June 10. It has a massive 8,000mAh battery which, according to the company, can last up to three days on a single charge. This 5G phone is designed to maintain battery health for up to seven years. It also supports 45W fast charging for faster charging. Customers will also get advanced features like AI power management and bypass charging. For photography, this upcoming 5G phone from Realme is launching with a 50-megapixel main camera with an AI lens. This phone has a punch-hole display with 1200 nits brightness. The company has already told that this smartphone will be available for sale in the Indian market in Titanium Glare, Silver Glare and Lavender Glare color options.
POV 8
Launch date – June 11
Pova 8 is another 5G phone with a big battery and it is scheduled to launch in India on June 11. This mobile has a 8000mAh battery which has ‘Ultra Charge’ technology. Although the complete details of the smartphone have not been revealed yet, there is speculation that Pova 8 5G can be launched in the Indian market with MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. According to the leak, the smartphone may launch in India with a top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It is expected to have a 6.76-inch Full HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate. For photography, the dual rear camera setup may house a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, while the front panel may house a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
