A major accident occurred near Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Wednesday. Two drones fell in the area around the airport, injuring four people. According to Dubai Media Office, even after this incident, flights are running normally at the airport and no passenger faced any problem. The injured also include an Indian citizen, who is undergoing treatment.

Information about the injured and the condition of the airport
Emergency teams were sent to the spot immediately after the incident. The team secured the area and provided immediate medical aid to the injured. According to the information given by the officials, a total of four people have been injured.
Two Ghanaian citizens: He has suffered minor injuries.
A Bangladeshi citizen: He has also suffered minor injuries.
An Indian citizen: He has suffered moderate injuries.
Dubai Airports has clarified that there is no impact on air traffic due to this incident. All flights are taking off and landing as per their scheduled time.
GCAA took a big decision, imposed a complete ban
After this drone incident, the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has taken a strict step due to security reasons. GCAA has completely banned flying all types of drones and light sports aircraft throughout the UAE. This ban also includes recreational flying drones, gliders and paragliders. The authority has warned that immediate legal action will be taken against anyone who breaks this new rule or flies a drone without a permit.

The police and administration have appealed to all citizens and migrants not to pay attention to the videos or rumors going viral on social media.
