American brand is now only one toilet, a tough attack of former NSA Sulivan on Trump’s tariff policy

Joe, former National Security Advisor (NSA) of the Biden administration, has strictly attacked the 50% tariff on India by Donald Trump. Sulivan said that this decision forced India to sit with China, so that it could respond to America’s business aggression.

He says that now many countries of the world, even American allies, consider America as a “discipline” and are unable to trust it. Sulivan described the US image as weak compared to China and said that today China is emerging as a responsible global player in the eyes of many countries, while the American brand has fallen down.

Giving the example of India, he said that while the first Republican and Democrats were trying to strengthen relations with India, Trump’s 50% tariff policy forced New Delhi to find options with Beijing. Trump’s tariffs have come into force from August 27, out of which 25% fees were levied due to India’s energy and defense relations with Russia.

According to reports, Trump was also a major reason for imposing tariffs on India that when he offered mediation in the India-Pakistan dispute in May, India rejected him, which angered Trump.
