An American lawyer has made fun of Indian citizen Prashant Sreekumar, who died in agony without treatment for eight hours in a Canadian hospital. After his hateful comment, people took him to task on social media. This lawyer named Andrew Baca has already been in the headlines due to his hateful thinking towards Indians.
On his social media handle, Branca has described himself as a pro-American, pro-Contract and propagator of Western civilization and a lawyer who provides legal analysis. It has many times addressed Indians with derogatory terms like less intelligent, foolish. Not only this, he talks about expelling Indians from western countries.
Commenting on a post related to Sreekumar’s death, Branca described him as ‘an Indian infiltrator attacking Canada’. He further wrote, “He and his wife could have easily avoided the substandard healthcare in Canada if they had stayed in Mumbai and enjoyed the substandard healthcare in India.”
This MAGA supporter, who runs a show on social media, has repeatedly made anti-India comments on his X account. He continuously tries to spread hatred against Indians. Earlier, along with calling Indians third world citizens, he had also described Indian food as disgusting.

According to the family, 44-year-old Sreekumar was admitted to Gray Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton, Canada on December 22 due to severe chest pain. But after admission, he did not get treatment for eight hours, due to which he died. According to reports, the family told that he was having unbearable chest pain. Despite this, the hospital staff said that there was no serious problem in the ECG report, after which they were asked to wait. During this time he was given only Tylenol but his blood pressure continued to increase, nurses tried to save him but he died.
