Dubai’s famous Emirates airline has announced large-scale recruitment. The company has made it clear that it will hire about 20,000 new employees in the coming time. This recruitment campaign will run till 2030. The airline has new A350 and Boeing 777X aircraft arriving, which is why they are in need of so many new people.

Emirates Chief Operations Officer Adil Al Reda said that these recruitments will mainly be for operational roles. The company needs a large number of staff to fly and maintain the new aircraft. In this, maximum opportunities will be for cabin crew, pilots, engineers and airport staff. It has been officially announced on 28 January 2026.
