If bloodshed continues in Gaza, we will be forced to go there and eliminate Hamas: Trump warned

US President Donald Trump warned Hamas that if the bloodshed in Gaza continues, “we will be forced to go there and end it.”This warning was given at a time when Trump had earlier described the violence continuing in the area after the ceasefire and hostage agreement between Israel and Hamas last week as minor.

Trump’s strong reaction comes after some videos went viral on social media, in which Hamas terrorists are seen killing members of rival groups in Gaza. “If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not part of the deal, then we will have no choice but to go in and kill them,” Trump wrote in a social media post.

US President Donald Trump on Thursday warned Hamas that if the bloodshed in Gaza continues, “we will be forced to go there and end it.” This warning was given at a time when Trump had earlier described the violence continuing in the area after the ceasefire and hostage agreement between Israel and Hamas last week as minor. However, after warning Hamas, he made it clear that America will not send its troops to Gaza.

“We will not do this,” he told reporters. We have people near us who will do this work very easily, but under our supervision.” Trump had said on Tuesday that Hamas had eliminated ”some very bad gangs” and had killed many gang members. He also said, “To be honest, it didn’t make much difference to me.” However, he did not say how he would implement his threat and the White House, the official residence and office of the US President, also did not comment on it. Still, Trump made it clear that his patience with Hamas killing rival groups in Gaza is limited. “They have to lay down their weapons, or we will disarm them, and it will happen quickly and possibly violently,” he said.

Hamas police maintained a tight security presence in Gaza since coming to power 18 years ago, but their grip has weakened in recent months due to Israeli attacks and occupation. Local armed gangs and Israel-backed groups have been accused of looting and selling humanitarian aid.
