A meteorological center has been attacked in Bushehr province of Iran in which two Afghan workers have been injured. The local administration has informed that this attack was carried out jointly by the forces of America and Israel. Due to this attack, the radar systems of the Meteorological Department and government buildings have been extensively damaged. This incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, after which concern is being expressed at the international level.

According to government officials of Bushehr, this attack was carried out solely to destroy civilian facilities. Information about the places damaged in this attack is given below:
Bushehr Meteorological Facility: The main radar and building number 2 of the meteorological department have been completely damaged.
Greenhouse: A greenhouse also came under attack where two Afghan laborers were injured.
Dashtestan Area: There is also news of attack on a poultry farm located here.
Deylam County: A tent site has been targeted in this area.

Officer Ehsan Jahanian said that the work of the weather center was to provide accurate weather information to ships, airplanes and farmers. This entire service has come to a halt due to this attack. Russia and the United Nations have also described such military action as very dangerous. Russia had already warned that any kind of attack near the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant could pose a major threat to the security of the entire region. Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization has called it a violation of international rules and warned that the consequences of such attacks could be serious.
