There has been news of explosions in Bandar Abbas city of Iran. According to a social media report by Saudi News, explosions were heard in the city on 26 March 2026. In the month of March, security related tension has persisted in different cities of Iran. However, the Iranian government or any major independent agency has not yet given any official confirmation on these blasts.

Saudi media handle @SaudiNews50 reported on the blasts in Bandar Abbas on 26 March. Even before this, this city has been targeted several times in the month of March. On March 22, reports also came that some important targets in Bandar Abbas were attacked. Experts believe that this city is very important for Iran’s trade and navy, hence any movement happening here affects the entire region.
