Which areas were targeted in Qatar
Iran has recently carried out several attacks in the Gulf region. The Qatar government has said that along with civilian areas, Hamad International Airport and LNG facilities have also been damaged in these attacks.

How the dispute started between America and Iran
This big controversy started on 28 February 2026. America and Israel had launched ‘Operation Epic Fury’ against Iran. In response to this, Iran carried out retaliatory attacks in Qatar and the Gulf region between 1 and 3 March.
According to the US Defense Department, this military operation has now entered its 11th day. America has attacked more than 5,000 military bases of Iran and caused huge damage to their missile stockpile.
Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian says that he wanted to resolve the matter through diplomacy, but after the American attacks he had to respond. To prevent the situation from worsening further, the Prime Minister of Qatar has also started talks with the Foreign Minister of Iran.
