What is the new order regarding loudspeakers and donations?
In the circular issued by the ministry, it has been clarified that external loudspeakers will not be used during the five times prayers, Taraweeh and Qiyam. The use of loudspeakers will be limited only for Azaan and Iqamat, so that peace is maintained in the nearby houses. Apart from this, there is a complete ban on collecting donations in cash or through any electronic means inside the mosques. Only government authorized institutions will be able to accept donations, the list of which will be released later.
What are the restrictions on iftar and tent setting up?
Rules have also been made regarding Iftar held in mosques during Ramadan. Iftar will not be organized inside the mosque, but only in the outer courtyard of the mosque. Organizers will have to ensure cleanliness immediately after Iftar. It is prohibited to erect any tent or temporary construction inside the boundary of the mosque without the permission of the administration. Due to security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to provide electricity connection to the outer tents of the mosque, so that there is no risk of fire.

Imam and Muezzin will have to be present on their duty during Ramadan, they will not be given leave without any great compulsion.
