Patna. On Sunday, Madan Prasad Shah created a ruckus outside the residence of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi at 10 Circular Road in Patna. Madan Prasad Shah had contested the elections from Madhuban Assembly seat on RJD ticket in 2020. Madan tore his kurta in front of Lalu’s residence, started crying and started rolling on the road. Madan alleged that Rs 2.60 crore was demanded from him in exchange for RJD ticket. Madan alleged that when the amount was not paid, his ticket was canceled and the ticket was given to Dr. Santosh Kushwaha from Madhuban assembly seat.
Madan Prasad Shah, who was the RJD candidate from Madhuban Assembly in 2020, is angry at not getting the ticket. He alleged that a demand of ₹ 2.60 crore was made from us, if the money was not paid then the ticket was cancelled. Madan Shah alleged that he has been working hard for RJD for many years, but this time tickets were distributed on the basis of money. Madan alleged that dedicated workers of RJD were neglected. Those who have money were given priority in giving tickets. Madan Prasad Shah also took RJD Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav under wraps. Madan alleged that RJD MP Sanjay Yadav acted as a broker in the distribution of tickets and the tickets were sold after taking money. When Madan Shah created a ruckus outside Lalu’s residence, security personnel reached there and removed Madan Shah.
Let us tell you that Bihar Assembly elections are to be held on 6th and 11th November. The results of Bihar elections will come on 14 November. Before that, there is a conflict over ticket distribution in the grand alliance of opposition parties led by RJD. RJD, Congress, VIP, CPI-ML, CPI and CPM are currently following the path of “Ekla Chalo Re”. In such a situation, the issue of Madan Shah taking money and distributing tickets in RJD can also be raised by the ruling NDA during the Bihar assembly election campaign to corner Lalu Yadav and his son Tejashwi Yadav. Because Lalu Yadav has already been accused of committing fodder scam and giving jobs in railways by taking land.
