Vitamins, calcium and iron are all essential nutrients for a healthy body. Due to deficiency of any of these nutrients, many types of changes can be seen in the body. Iron deficiency can cause problems like fatigue, weakness, headache and difficulty in breathing. This condition is called anemia.

Iron helps in the formation of red blood cells in our body and in carrying oxygen throughout the body. Therefore, iron is an essential mineral for our body and its deficiency can be compensated without any medicine. We can meet iron deficiency through our diet; We just have to include iron rich foods in our diet. There are some superfoods that can remove iron deficiency immediately.

spinach
When it comes to iron-rich foods, the first name that comes to mind is spinach. While leafy vegetables are ideal for meeting iron deficiency, spinach is considered an excellent source of iron. Eating 100 grams of spinach provides 2.7 mg iron.

Beetroot
Apart from pomegranate, beetroot is also consumed in abundance to increase blood volume. Along with iron, beetroot also provides folic acid and fiber. You can include it in your diet in the form of salad, juice, raita and paratha. If you are deficient in iron, then you must eat one beetroot daily.

Soybean
Soybean, rich in protein and fiber, can also be consumed to overcome iron deficiency. The most important thing is that only 100 grams of soybean contains 15.7 mg iron. You can include tofu, boiled soybean or soy milk in your diet.

jaggery and sesame seeds
Jaggery and sesame laddus have been eaten since the time of our grandmothers and are considered a traditional source of iron. Sesame seeds contain iron, calcium and magnesium and these remove toxins from the body. Eating these two together provides iron and helps in removing weakness.

Pomegranate
Apart from spinach, you can also eat pomegranate to supply iron. Pomegranates provide not only iron, but also vitamins A, C and E as well as plenty of fiber. Eating pomegranate seeds or drinking its juice can cure the problem of anemia in a few days.

Dates
Dates are considered to be the best source of iron and can help reduce anemia. These help in the formation of red blood cells and are also effective in relieving fatigue. Therefore, people suffering from iron deficiency must include dates in their diet.
