Dungarpur. According to the instructions of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, the third National Lok Adalat of 2025 is to be held on 13 September 2025 for disposal of various nature disputes. In this context, on 10 September 2025, a meeting with Judicial Officers and Advocates of Taluka Headquarters Sagwara and advocates was organized by Sunil Kumar Pancholi, District and Sessions Judge, Dungarpur as per the instructions of Manoj Meena, Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Dungarpur, in Bar Auditorium Sagwara.
Poonaram Godar, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sagwara and Harish Menaria Ati in the meeting. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sagwara and Harish Patidar, Chairman Bar Association, Sagwara, Bharat Kharadi Secretary, Bar Association, Sagwara Senior Advocate Vijaykumar Jain, Azad Shah, Anirudh Singh Chundavat, Munir Shahzad, Lalashankar Patidar Shelendra Jain and other advocates.
The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Dungarpur called upon the officers present to refer to the superiorized cases of the concerned courts for the success of the upcoming National Lok Adalat and to cooperate with the advocate to the National Lok Adalat in greater numbers.
The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, also discussed with the officers for the media-fir the nation Kempane, in which the officials were informed that the matter can be dealt with by the party in which the matter can be dealt with by referring to such cases by referring to such cases by referring such cases in maximum number.
