Patna, 13 November (IANS). Before the results of Bihar Assembly elections, senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Prem Chand Gupta has claimed that the grand alliance is going to form the next government under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav, no one should have much doubt about it.
This statement of the RJD leader has come at a time when only a few hours are left for the results of 243 assembly seats to be declared. NDA has been given majority in the exit polls after the two-phase assembly elections, although this is just an estimate.
Prem Chand Gupta said that the exit poll projections will prove wrong. The youth were impressed by Tejashwi Yadav’s promises of providing government jobs to every household. Women have expressed confidence in the Grand Alliance and this time the voting took place historically. That is why no one should have any doubt as to whose government is being formed. The people of Bihar know that the next government is being formed under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav.
Speaking to IANS, a senior RJD leader said that we are confident of victory. There is no doubt that the government of RJD and Grand Alliance is going to be formed 100 percent.
On the statement of NDA leaders, he said that he has nothing to say. Exit poll is an estimate and not a result. The results will come on November 14 and Tejashwi Yadav will form the next government.
It is not only the leaders of the Grand Alliance who are talking about the exit poll predictions being proved wrong. National President of Janashakti Janata Dal, contesting from Mahua Assembly seat, Tej Pratap Yadav said that the exit polls will prove wrong. Winning the election from Mahua assembly seat.
The Election Commission of India will declare the results for 243 assembly seats on November 14. Voting was held in two phases on 243 assembly seats. Voting was held on 121 seats on 6 November and voting was completed on 122 seats on 11 November.
