New Delhi, November 16 (IANS). Himani Shivpuri, who is playing the role of ‘Amma ji’ in the TV comedy show ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’, is a well-known actress. The 65-year-old actress is now very fit. Through social media, he shared with his fans the mantra of staying fit even at the age of 65.
Himani Shivpuri has shared a video on Instagram, in which she has come to her brother’s house in Dehradun. In the video, the actress is enumerating the benefits of doing yoga close to nature and in the open air. In the video, Himani first does Surya Namaskar and tells how relaxing she feels by walking in the open air and doing yoga, after which she does stretching. Even at the age of 65, Himani wakes up in the morning and focuses on her health and this is the reason why she is able to actively shoot her serials even today.
Doing Surya Namaskar is good for the health of the entire body. With this, both mind and body remain stable, muscles become strong, blood circulation improves and mental stress also reduces.
