Recently, Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto, had said that the Pulsar range will get many updates in 2026 and the initial indications of this are now emerging. The company is preparing to launch three new Pulsar bikes next year on the occasion of its silver jubilee, while the existing models will also be given new makeovers.
The updated Bajaj Pulsar 150 gets new decals along with LED headlamps and LED turn signals. Some updates are also expected in its instrument console, but the engine and gearbox will remain the same. Currently, the Pulsar 150 is available in single disc and dual disc variants, priced between Rs 1.05 lakh to Rs 1.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
The chances of a big price increase with the 2026 update are unlikely. This bike has a 149.5 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which generates power of 13.8 bhp and torque of 13.25 Nm. It has a 5-speed manual gearbox. For braking, it gets single-channel ABS, 260 mm disc brake at the front and 130 mm drum brake at the rear.
The suspension and chassis setup of the bike consists of a 31 mm telescopic conventional front fork and twin gas-filled rear shock absorbers with canister and preload adjuster. The double cradle chassis supports a curb weight of 148 kg, seat height of 785 mm and ground clearance of 165 mm.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 has an overall length of 2,055 mm, width of 765 mm, height of 1,060 mm and a wheelbase of 1,320 mm. Its fuel tank capacity is 15 litres. Bajaj keeps updating its Pulsar range from time to time. In 2026, the company may launch new models at different prices, which is expected to further increase the popularity of Pulsar in the 125 cc to 400 cc segment.
Recently Bajaj Auto has launched a new variant of Pulsar N160 in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 1.24 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It has a golden colored USD front fork and single-piece seat. The new Bajaj Pulsar N160 UG is available for sale in four colors, which include Pearl Metallic White, Racing Red, Polar Sky Blue and Black.
