New Delhi, January 22 (IANS). In the world of high technology, it is difficult for people to stay away from mobile even for 5 minutes. The addiction of watching reels and using social media has become so much that people take their mobile phones with them even to the toilet and spend more time there than necessary.

But, do you know that using mobile in toilet affects your health in a bad way?

Many researches have been done on the increasing habit of using mobile phones in the toilet, in which it has been clearly found that people who do so have more problems with digestion and piles.

Sitting on the toilet seat for a long time affects the rectum, due to which the chances of getting piles increases more than others. Apart from this, the pressure on the stomach affects the digestive power and can increase the problem of constipation.

The habit of using mobile in toilet also puts unbearable pressure on muscles and bones. Constantly looking at the mobile increases the burden on the neck and shoulders and increases pain and stiffness in the muscles. The spinal cord is also affected by this. If someone already has problems related to spinal cord, then they should be more careful.

There is a risk of cervical cancer due to bad habit of using mobile phone. Due to sitting in the same posture for a long time in the toilet, the upper part of the head and neck gets affected the most. Sometimes it can also cause severe headache and neck pain.

Apart from this, taking the mobile to the toilet causes dangerous bacteria to accumulate on it. It will be necessary to wash hands every time the mobile is held. Therefore, avoid using mobile in the toilet.

Due to using mobile in toilet, the stomach is not completely cleaned and mental stress also increases. When the body expels toxic substances, the brain plays a major role in this process. Other parts of the body do their work only after receiving signals from the brain. In such a situation, when the brain is busy using the mobile, the process of expelling the toxins does not happen completely and then the dirt left in the stomach gradually starts making the body sick.
