According to US rules, if the airline cancels the flight, passengers have the right to a full refund. This also includes baggage and seat fees.
Emirates: Passengers who were to take connecting flights have been stopped at their origin point. Passengers can check their booking by going to ‘Manage Your Booking’ or contact the agent.
Etihad: Passengers are being given the option of rebooking on another date for free or getting full refund.
