New Delhi, March 20 (IANS). Union Health and Family Welfare Minister J.P. On the occasion of World Oral Health Day, Nadda has appealed to people to take cleaning of their teeth and mouth seriously. He says that oral hygiene is not limited to just teeth, but it is very important for our entire body and health. Having a healthy mouth not only keeps our smile brighter, but it also improves our overall health.
Nadda emphasized on some easy but effective measures. He said that it is very important to brush your teeth properly daily, limit the intake of sugary foods and get your teeth checked from time to time. Through these we can avoid tooth decay, gum disease and other oral problems. Plus, these habits keep our smile strong and beautiful.

He further added, “Good oral care not only makes our smile brighter but also improves our overall health. Let us use this opportunity to spread awareness and pledge to maintain good oral hygiene every day.”
BJP MLA Satish Upadhyay also made people aware on this occasion. He wrote in his X post that healthy teeth and clean mouth are not only a sign of a beautiful smile, but it is also a true indicator of our overall health. He appealed to the people that by regular checkups, proper brushing and adopting a balanced diet, we can contribute towards a healthy and fit India.
