New Delhi, March 26 (IANS). In today’s time, all the work in the office is done sitting on the chair with the help of computer and sitting on the chair continuously for 8-9 hours leads to many problems.

In such a situation, you must have often seen that people who work while sitting in the office have worse digestion than others, but why is this so? There are many reasons behind this but the solution is also hidden in Ayurveda.

Working continuously while sitting in the office has reduced the amount of walking. After eating immediately, they sit on a chair or eat at their desk. This reduces physical activity and leads to complaints like gas formation, bloating, bloating, weight gain and loss of appetite. If such a lifestyle continues for a long time, then gradually the digestion slows down and instead of being digested, the food starts rotting in the stomach and the body becomes victim of diseases.

According to Ayurveda, it is not enough to just eat good food, but it is also important to adopt good habits along with food. If food is eaten with a calm mind and happiness, then along with physical strength, food also reduces mental disorders. If you also work in a similar lifestyle in the office, then be careful today itself. For this, eat food with a calm mind and chew it slowly. Do not show any haste in finishing the food quickly. Eat food comfortably and with taste.

Second, keep distance from mobile while eating and after eating, do not sit on the chair immediately but walk for a few minutes. Even if you take out 10 minutes, do take a walk. Do not sit continuously on the chair the whole day. Take a short walk for 1-2 hours and also drink plenty of water. In summer the body needs more water. In such a situation, drink plenty of water. Apart from this, eat less fried food in the afternoon and eat light and nutritious food. Light food is easy to digest.
