New Delhi, April 10 (IANS). Many powerful and beneficial plants and flowers have been mentioned in Ayurveda, using which many diseases have been treated. The evergreen plant is such a beautiful and beneficial plant in appearance. Like its name, the leaves and flowers of this beautiful plant are also full of medicinal properties, although very few people know about the methods of its use.
Sadabahar is a simple looking flower but in Ayurveda it is considered an important substance related to blood, skin and metabolism. Ayurveda makes it clear that every herbal medicine becomes a medicine only when it is taken with the right substance, right quantity and right method. It tastes bitter and is considered the easiest way to purify blood. Consumption of its flowers reduces the impurities of blood, due to which more than half of the physical diseases are eliminated.
In Ayurveda, evergreen is considered a phlegm and bile destroyer. If it is consumed in the right quantity, the tridoshas can be easily balanced. Wounds can be healed quickly with the help of its leaf powder and turmeric. To heal the wound quickly, reduce swelling and redness of the wound, grinding Sahabhar leaves mixed with turmeric can be applied directly on the wound, but apply it only on small wounds. Consult a doctor for large and festering wounds.
Women often face the problem of irregular menstruation and to regularize it, women have to take the help of hormone pills. In such a situation, drinking evergreen leaves boiled in water strengthens the uterus and also keeps the hormones balanced. It also controls excessive bleeding.
The problem of nose bleeding is often seen in summer. Due to excessive heat in summer, nose bleeding starts. In such a situation, putting the juice of evergreen flowers and pomegranate flowers in the nose will provide relief. The juice of these two flowers has a cooling effect and stops the blood from flowing. Apart from this, if bitten by a wasp or insect, then to get relief from swelling and pain, applying a paste of Sahabhar leaves on the affected area provides relief.
