Uttarakhand news: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, taking various problems of teachers seriously, has assured them to solve them. On Wednesday, the officials of the Government Teachers Association met him and kept his demands at the Chief Minister’s residence, after which the Chief Minister gave instructions to take quick action in this direction.
The Chief Minister said that the solution to the problems of teachers is one of the priorities of his government. He emphasized that both quality of education and welfare of teachers are important for the future of the state. After this positive talks, the Chief Minister directed the officials to call a meeting immediately within a week.
The meeting will be chaired by Secretary Personnel, which will include Secretary Education, Director General School Education, and Government Teachers Association representatives. The objective of this high-level meeting is to make a detailed review of the demand letter by the Teachers Association and take necessary steps in the light of the rules. This step of the Chief Minister shows that the government is not limited to listening to the problems of teachers, but is also ready to take concrete steps to solve them.
Officials of the Government Teachers Association appreciated this positive attitude of the Chief Minister. On this occasion, Union President Ram Singh Chauhan and General Secretary Ramesh Panuli expressed confidence that the government would seriously consider their demands and take appropriate decisions soon. This assurance of the Chief Minister has raised hopes among thousands of teachers of the state.
