Jodhpur, May 15 (IANS). There is resentment among the candidates regarding the paper leak cases continuously coming to the fore in the NEET exam. Students say that they prepare for the exams with years of hard work and family dreams, but incidents like paper leak are playing with their future. The candidates have demanded the government to take strict action in this matter.

A candidate told that last time his NEET paper was very good and there was hope of getting a good score, but the news of paper leak ruined all the hard work.

He alleged that papers are leaked with the help of some coaching institutes. Especially talking about the names of many coaching institutes of Sikar coming to the fore, he demanded investigation and strict action from the government, so that the future of the hard working students can be secured.

The second candidate said that his preparation is good this time too, but there is a fear in his mind that the paper might get leaked again. He says that if this happens again, the students will face big problems.

He said that re-examination affects the time, money and mental balance of the students. Therefore, the government should make concrete arrangements to prevent such incidents. Another student said that incidents of paper leaks have been coming to light for many years, but the government is not taking effective steps in time.

He said that his family’s dream is that he should become a doctor, but due to the flaws in the system, his future is at stake. Students told that they come from far-flung areas to study in cities like Kota and prepare in difficult conditions. In such a situation, one mistake ruins the hard work of lakhs of students. The candidates demanded from the government that this time the examination should be conducted with complete transparency and security.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the NEET (UG) 2026 exam will be conducted again and its new date has been fixed as June 21. This decision has been taken after the approval of the Government of India.

After this decision, more than 22 lakh students have got some relief, who were in uncertainty for some time. NTA has clearly appealed to the students and parents to trust only the official information and avoid any rumours. For this, the agency has also released its official website and contact numbers, so that any kind of wrong information can be avoided.
