New Delhi, 28 September (IANS). The problem of acidity has become so common in today’s time that people have stopped considering it as a problem, but this acidity reaches the chest and creates a problem of heartburn.
People feel that the burning sensation in the chest is heart problem, but it starts from the stomach and reaches the chest and gives rise to many other diseases.
Heartburn has been explained very well in Ayurveda. When the acid increases in the body and bile increases, the digestive system slows down, which causes difficulty in digesting food and there is a burning sensation in the chest.
There are many reasons for heartburn in Ayurveda, including not walking after eating, consuming more pungent and sour things, taking stress and lack of sleep, consuming more caffeine -rich substances and not doing physical activity at all. There is a solution to all diseases in Ayurveda.
To avoid heartburn, consume cold and juicy things, which will help keep the stomach cool. To avoid heartburn, you can drink aloe vera juice on an empty stomach in the morning. This will reduce the stomach acid and get rid of acidity.
Apart from this, fennel water is also helpful in keeping the stomach cool. The effect of fennel is cold. If you want, you can consume fennel and thread sugar candy at night, or you can wake up in the morning and drink fennel water. Both these methods are helpful in curing the digestive system of the stomach.
To avoid heartburn, chew basil leaves on an empty stomach in the morning, drink cold milk and adopt yoga in lifestyle. To cure the digestive system of the stomach, light walks, Vrajasana, Balasan, Pawanmuktasana can be done.
