Hero Destini 110 is powered by an 110 cc engine that produces 8 bhp of power and 8.87 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm
Hero MotoCorp has launched the new Destiny 110 in the domestic market. The initial price of Destiny 110 is Rs 72,000 for the VX Cast Drum version and Rs 79,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the ZX Cast Disk version. Base VX is priced at Rs 2,369 less than the base variant of Honda Activa 110, while the top-spec ZX variant is priced at Rs 5,021 from Activa DLX.
It has been made available in 5 colors with Eternal White, Aqua Gray, Nexus Blue, Matte Steel Gray and Gruvy Red. The company has indicated that this scooter will be provided at the Hero dealership in a phased manner. In the 110 cc segment, this Honda Activa will compete with 110, TVS Jupiter 110 and other scooters.
It provides a neo-retro design theme with premium finish such as chrome detailing, projector-type LED headlamps and specific H-shaped LED tail lamps. The 56.2 km/liter segment-leading mileage has been possible due to the patented i3S Idol stop-start technology of the hero. This technique works with a 110 cc engine, which gives a maximum power of 8 bhp and torque of 8.87 Nm.
Speaking at the new launch, Ashutosh Verma, Chief Business Officer of Hero MotoCorp’s India Business Unit, said, “The 110 cc scooter segment is the largest and most competitive in the country, which fulfills the needs of both millions of families and young riders. With the new Destiny 110, we are strongly strengthened in this important category. The dynamics can become a reliable companion for the riders. ”
Wide footboard and 12-inch wheels give better balance and confidence in different road conditions. Also, this scooter gets glove box, boot lamp and analog-digital speedometer. Hero has made it with three big metal body panels and it attracts large -scale customers in India.
Its wheelbase is 1,302 mm and the height of the seat is 770 mm. The ground clearance of Destiny 110 is 162 mm. The fuel tank has a capacity of 5.3 liters and weighs 114 kg. The new hero Destiny is 785 mm long seat in 110, which is considered to be the longest in this segment and also includes integrated backrest.
