Mahindra is working on many new SUVs in different segments in the next 2–3 years and here we have given information about them
Mahindra has been working on several new products for the past few months, one of which includes a compact SUV inspired by the Vision S concept. This SUV may be launched in the Indian market by 2027 and will be based on the NU_IQ monocoque platform. It will be positioned above the XUV 3XO in the company’s lineup.
Scorpio N facelift is going to come in petrol-diesel segment. The car seen in testing shows that it will get mild changes from outside and some new features inside. But its engines will remain the same old 2.0 petrol and 2.2 diesel. At the same time, the 3-door model of Thar will also be updated, in which changes will be seen in both look and features.
The covered vehicles seen testing reveal that its design will be inspired by the Thar Roxx and the cabin will get more technology and new digital features inside. At the same time, electric vehicles built on Mahindra’s INGLO platform have been performing well since their launch and more than 50,000 units have been sold so far. Apart from this, a new compact crossover SUV can also be seen in the future based on the Vision X concept.
A new compact crossover based on the Vision X concept may also arrive in the future. Apart from this, a more rugged version of BE 6 is also being prepared, which can be named Rall-E. It will get the same INGLO platform, battery and motor setup, but it will be made stronger for off-road.
This model has already been shown in concept form. Apart from this, BE.07 can also be launched in the EV lineup by next year. This SUV, approximately 4.6 meters long, will be positioned above the BE 6 and will become the company’s flagship electric SUV. At the same time, work is also going on on Thar Electric, but its launch date has not been decided yet.
The recently launched XUV 7XO, which is a more premium version of the XUV700, is being liked by the people. Overall, Mahindra wants to further strengthen its range by launching new electric SUVs, off-road vehicles, small SUVs and updated models in the coming 2-3 years.
