New Delhi. French car maker Renault recently completed 10 years in the Indian market in India. On this occasion, the company also informed that their car Kwid has got a great response in India. The success of Kwid in the Indian market can be gauged from the fact that since its launch, the company has sold more than 4 lakh units of this car.
Specially designed for the Indian market
The Renault Kwid first got a disappointing 1 star rating in the 2016 Global NCAP test. It was also launched in India in the same year. The company has said that since then they have made designing changes to the car specifically for the Indian market. For this, it also added side body airbags in front airbags and ABS. It later received a 3-star rating in the Latin NCAP test.

Budget friendly and great mileage
The SUV-like design of the Renault Kwid gives it a great look and it is also a good car in terms of features.
